2.2 Amazon Seller Data
When you authorize our application through the Amazon Selling Partner API, we access and store the following data from your Amazon seller account:
- Inventory and fulfillment data (FBA inventory health, stock levels)
- Sales and traffic reports (orders, sessions, conversion rates)
- Advertising campaign performance data
- Brand Analytics data (search query performance, keyword rankings)
- Product listing information (active, inactive, and suppressed listings)
- Settlement and financial reports
We access this data solely through the official Amazon Selling Partner API using OAuth 2.0 authorization. We never request or store your Amazon Seller Central login credentials.
2.3 Automatically Collected Information
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and interactions with the Service.
- Device data: Browser type, operating system, and IP address.
- Cookies: We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Each seller’s data is stored in a dedicated, isolated environment. Your Amazon business data is never commingled with data from other sellers and is not accessible to any other user of the Service.
All data is stored on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure located in the United States. Data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption and in transit using TLS 1.3.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or Amazon seller data to third parties. We may share information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: We use Google Cloud Platform for data storage and processing. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
6. Data Retention
We retain your Amazon seller data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide you with the Service. If you disconnect your Amazon account or close your Eulyptica account, we will delete your Amazon seller data within 30 days. Account information may be retained for up to 90 days for legal and compliance purposes.

You have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion: Request that we delete your data, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Revocation: Revoke access to your Amazon seller data at any time by disconnecting the application in your Amazon Seller Central account.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
9. Amazon Selling Partner API Compliance
Our use of Amazon Selling Partner API data is governed by the Amazon Selling Partner API Developer Agreement and the Amazon Acceptable Use Policy. We access only the data scopes necessary to provide our analytics services, and we do not use Amazon seller data for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.

Our Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
